A Day in Our After-School Program: Balancing Learning and Fun

At our after-school program, we have a structured process to ensure that students can effectively complete their homework and have time for enrichment activities. Students begin with a half-hour of cleaning up and taking snacks before settling in to write their homework for 40 minutes. After a 10-minute break, our experienced teachers provide support for half an hour to help students solve any homework questions. The rest of the time, which is 1.5 hours, is dedicated to enrichment activities divided by age and grade level.
